She is respected throughout the industry for her commitment to building strong teams, driving efficiency, and leading with fairness and integrity.
Peggy joined the company in 2024, and in her expanded role she will focus on strengthening operational alignment, supporting long‑term growth, and advancing Prime’s mission to operate as a fair, just, and trusted partner in the insurance marketplace.
