December 12, 2025. Salt Lake City, UT. Rick J. Lindsey, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Prime Holdings Insurance Services, today announced the forthcoming retirement of Jeffrey P. Leman, Chief Operating Officer of Prime Insurance Company, effective December 31, 2025.
Mr. Leman joined Prime Insurance Company in 2006 as COO and Vice President of Underwriting. During his tenure, he also served as Secretary for Prime Holdings Insurance Services, Inc., Prime Insurance Company, Prime Property & Casualty Insurance Inc., Prime Special Risk Holding, and Prime Special Risk Insurance Company.
Reflecting on Jeff’s contributions, Mr. Lindsey stated: “It is with profound respect and appreciation that we congratulate Jeff on more than 19 years of distinguished service and exemplary leadership. As COO, his unwavering commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth strengthened our position in the marketplace. Jeff’s expertise, professionalism, and reputation throughout the E&S community fostered partnerships that expanded our reach across all fifty states. Mr. Leman began his insurance career in 1981 with Crum & Forster, where he served as Assistant Vice President of Accounting and Finance and Assistant Treasurer of LWB Syndicate, Inc. In 1986, he held the position of Vice President of Operations and Treasurer of INEX Insurance Exchange in Chicago, where he managed day-to-day operations and finances and worked closely with state departments of insurance until 2000. In February 2000, he became Chief Operating Officer of two executive benefit and insurance consulting firms in Chicago.
Jeff earned his CPCU designation in 1995 and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
