Prime & XINSURANCE are pleased to announce an enhancement to our binding process with DocuSign® now available on select quotes.* DocuSign is currently available on select quotes, with additional lines of business and risk classes being added on a rolling basis.
Effective immediately, select quotes will populate with a DocuSign-enabled link, allowing producers and insureds to complete the binding process faster while limiting unnecessary touchpoints.
Faster binds. Fewer emails. Less paperwork.
This enhancement is designed to streamline document signatures, improve efficiency, and simplify the binding process by allowing eligible documents to be signed electronically. DocuSign may include the following**:
- Required binding documents
- Signature pages
- Financing options
- Filings pages
- UM/UIM forms
- And more
Once all required documents are completed, each party receives a signed copy, and the executed documents are sent directly to our Bind Team to begin the binding process.

What to Look For
Eligible quotes will display a DocuSign-Enabled Quote indicator.
The DocuSign link will appear on the final page of the quote document, allowing you to begin the policy binding process electronically.

* To be eligible for DocuSign, valid email addresses for both the producer and business owner must be on file.
** Certain supplemental documents may be required to bind and may not be eligible for DocuSign
