Alger “Duke” B. Chapman, Chairman– Mr. Chapman recently retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for ABN-AMRO Financial Services, Inc. He formerly served as Chairman of Chicago Board Options Exchange, Vice-Chairman of American Express International Bank and Co-Chairman of Shearson American Express.
William C. Croft, Director – Mr. Croft is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He currently serves as Director of Methode Electronics Inc. and Chairman of Clemente National Co. Mr. Croft formerly served as Chairman of First Illinois Corp.
John A. Orb, Director– Mr. Orb is a retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Salomon, Smith, Barney, Inc. Mr. Orb is a graduate of Yale University.
Russell T. Stern, Director– Mr. Stern co-founded The Thurston Group, a Chicago based private merchant bank, in 1988. Prior to this, he worked for Merrill Lynch & Co. serving in various senior capacities and culminating with his serving on the Board of Directors. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Midwest Stock Exchange and chaired a number of committees of the Securities Industry Association.
Gordon L. Teach, Director – Mr. Teach recently joined Great Lakes Advisors, Inc. as an Associate. He currently serves as Governor of Midwest Stock Exchange and as a trustee of the Union League Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Teach formerly served as Chairman of the N.A.S.D Board of Directors, as Senior Vice President of Chicago Corp., and in the Air Force as a B-29 Pilot.
Greg C. Branch – Mr. Branch serves as the President and owner of Branch Properties, Inc., the parent company of Seminole Feed, a manufacturer of animal feed, specializing in equine feed; Seminole Stores, a retailer of farm and ranch supplies; and Branch Brokerage, a mortgage-banking business. He also serves as the Chairman of United Insurance Holdings Company, a property and causality company that writes homeowners insurance in Florida, and is an underwriting member of Lloyd’s of London. Mr. Branch is active in various civic groups and clubs.
