Rick J. Lindsey, President, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Lindsey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Prime Insurance Company, a surplus lines insurance company that provides a stable market for hard-to-place risks. Mr. Lindsey joined Prime in 1996 when his excess and surplus business merged with Prime. Mr. Lindsey oversees the day-to-day underwriting, risk management and claims management nationwide. Mr. Lindsey ensures that Prime's partnership approach of fast, flexible underwriting communicates with risk management direct and claims to provide the reliable customer service and quality of service Prime is known for. Before becoming Prime's leader, Mr. Lindsey served as an underwriter for High Country Insurance, a large property and casualty company focusing on excess and surplus lines. Mr. Lindsey is a licensed surplus lines broker in all 50 states and U.S. territories with over 30 years of extensive experience in insurance underwriting, national program management and agency and claims management.

Jeffrey P. Leman, CPCU, Chief Operating Officer & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Leman joined Prime in August 2006, bringing over 25 years of E&S, insurance carrier and brokerage experience. Mr. Leman started his insurance career in 1981 with Crum & Forster where he served as an Assistant Vice President of Accounting and Finance and Assistant Treasurer of LWB Syndicate, Inc. In 1986 he was recruited to become Vice President of Operations and Treasurer of INEX Insurance Exchange in Chicago, where he worked with various state departments of insurance and managed the day-to-day operations and finances until 2000. In February of 2000 he became Chief Operating Officer of two executive benefit and insurance consulting firms in Chicago. Mr. Leman attained his CPCU designation in 1995 and holds a B.S. Finance degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana and a MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.

Brent A. Seegmiller, CPA, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Mr. Seegmiller joined Prime in July 2005 as its Controller, later becoming its Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Previous to joining Prime, Mr. Seegmiller was the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Access Insurance Company and Access Dental Plan based in Sacramento, California from 2000 to 2005. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Seegmiller was the Assistant Controller and Interim Controller for Omni Healthcare and Sutter Health and Life Insurance Company in Sacramento. From 1991 to 1994, he was a Senior Auditor with Grant Thornton LLP in Stockton, California. Mr. Seegmiller has both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accounting from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Additionally, Mr. Seegmiller is a certified public accountant (California), a certified management accountant, and a certified financial manager. For over 13 years, Mr. Seegmiller has taught and actively teaches graduate and undergraduate accounting, auditing, finance, and management courses both in the classroom and online at a number of private colleges and universities.

Mark Fisher, J.D., Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Fisher has been involved in the insurance industry for 27 years where he has gained extensive experience with claims handling and insurance defense. Before joining Prime in 1997, Mr. Fisher worked for the insurance coverage law firm, Summers and Shives, in San Diego. He spent five years as a Claims Consultant for Progressive Insurance and as a member of Progressive's Training and Development Board of Directors where he was responsible for claims training in 26 offices. Mr. Fisher also gained insurance defense experience with Lloyd's of London and Hertz Corporation. Mr. Fisher is a licensed attorney in California and Washington D.C. He received his J.D. from Whittier College in Los Angeles and has a B.S. degree in Finance from Ithaca College in New York where he graduated cum laude in 1985.

Deon Fennell, Policy Services

Ms. Fennell joined the Company in 2001 as part of Prime's acquisition of a book of RPG program business. Ms. Fennell's responsibilities include policy binding and issuance, RPG program administration, licensing and customer service. Ms. Fennell brings 31 years experience in the insurance industry, both in operations and underwriting, to the Prime team. Ms. Fennell started her insurance career in 1971 with Fidelity Insurance Group, where she served as an underwriter for long-haul trucking policies and as Manager of Operations. In 1983, she left Fidelity to begin managing national program business and in 1986 started managing RPG programs for GARRA, which was acquired by Prime in January 2001.
