Rick Lindsey - Prime Holdings Insurance Services, Inc. - Chairman & CEO; Prime Property & Casualty Insurance Inc. ("PPCI") and Prime Insurance Company ("PIC") - President, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Lindsey joined Prime in 1996 when his excess and surplus business merged with PIC. Mr. Lindsey oversees the day-to-day underwriting, risk management and claims management nationwide. He ensures that the Prime team follows the Company's Partnership Methodology of being both fast and flexible and that Underwriting communicates with Risk Management Direct and Claims to provide outstanding quality and customer care. Prior to becoming Prime's leader, Mr. Lindsey worked his entire adult life as a Commercial Underwriter, Claims Manager, and Risk Manager for a variety of insurance service providers. He is a licensed Surplus Lines Broker in all 50 states and all U.S. territories with over 30 years of extensive experience in insurance underwriting, national program management and agency and claims management.

Delmer R. Mitchell, J.D., Director

Mr. Mitchell currently serves as Chairman of the firm of Schmeidskamp, Robertson, Neu & Mitchell LLP in Quincy, Illinois. He practices in a wide range of areas and holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell legal directory for ethics and legal ability. Mr. Mitchell served on the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, Rules Committee and he also served as Chairman of the Downstate Illinois Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Joseph D. Keenan, III, J.D., Director

Mr. Keenan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Northwest Pallet Supply Company in Belvidere, Illinois. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Walton Risk Services, Inc., a property and casualty insurance underwriting and claims adjusting company. Mr. Keenan has also been a partner in a civil litigation firm in Chicago and an Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Attorney General.

Brent Seegmiller - CPA, Prime Holdings Insurance Services, Inc.- Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Treasurer; Prime Property & Casualty Insurance Inc. ("PPCI") and Prime Insurance Company ("PIC") - Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Treasurer

Mr. Seegmiller joined Prime in July 2005 and oversees the accounting and finance operations of the Company. Prior to joining Prime, Mr. Seegmiller was the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Access Insurance Company and Access Dental Plan in Sacramento, California (2000-2005). Mr. Seegmiller began his career working in public accounting with Grant Thornton LLP in Stockton, California (1991-1994). Mr. Seegmiller has both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Additionally, Mr. Seegmiller is a Certified Public Accountant (California), a Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Financial Manager. For over 15 years, Mr. Seegmiller has been actively engaged in teaching graduate and undergraduate accounting, auditing, finance, and management courses both in the classroom and online at a number of private colleges and universities.

Barbara A. Malkowski, Director

Ms. Malkowski serves as the marketing manager of Prime Insurance Company. Ms. Malkowski joined the company in February 2004 bringing over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her expertise includes managing integrated marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns. Prior to her joining Prime, Ms. Malkowski held the position of marketing manager for both Guarantee Reserve Life Insurance Company and ILONA Financial Corporation. Her expertise includes development of direct marketing, lead generation and customer relationship marketing programs. Earlier in her career Ms. Malkowski worked for Americana Hotels Corporation with a main focus on marketing for newly acquired hotel properties. Ms. Malkowski is also a member of the American Marketing Association.
